Lets begin gentrication to Northeast Nashville 37207 and gentrify it because I am for it and it is trying to with new middle class housing near Hunters Lane High School,Skyline Commons Shopping Center, new Walgreens, and other nice places and how about having Publix,Trader Joes,or what not around someday, why not as new middle class people who moved to 37207 are going out to other areas to shop at fancier stores because that area has a unsafe, thuggish, and trashy Kroger and other bad places too.
